Service Availability:

- OloPest’s subscription-based services are currently available only within Bangalore city limits.

- Open to both residential and small commercial properties, subject to location and structure feasibility.

•      Subscription Plans &   Charges:    
• Basic Rs.199/- Only Kitchen/Washroom 1 service every 120 days (starting   from 121st day) Cockroaches, Ants.
•    Advanced ₹299/- 2 BHK (Full House) 1 service every 120 days (starting   from 121st day) Cockroaches, Ants, Silverfish.
•    Premium ₹399/- 3 BHK (Full House) 1 service every 120 days (starting   from 121st day) Cockroaches, Ants, Silverfish,   Spiders    

  Note: 

- First service will start from the 121st/181st  day of subscription. 

- If a service is required before the start day, customers must top up the shortage as per plan pricing at the time of request.

General Conditions:

1. Onboarding & Subscription 

- Service eligibility begins only after successful onboarding and payment confirmation. 

- Subscriptions are non-refundable once initiated.

2. Service Requests 

- Services must be booked through the OloPest website, or official support. 

- Appointments are subject to slot availability and local technician routes.

3. Service Frequency 

- Subscribers can avail of one scheduled service days as per their plan tier.

-Reminders would be sent prior to the scheduled due date.

4. Add-On Services 

- Rodents, Bedbugs, and unlisted or severe infestations are treated as add-ons. 

- 10% discount for Advanced and Premium customers.

-10% discount on Deep cleaning services

- Treatment type and pricing vary based on inspection, infestation level, and method.

5. Wallet Balance Requirement 

- Subscribers must maintain a sufficient wallet balance for top-ups or additional requests. 

- Charges beyond standard subscription will be auto-deducted at time of service scheduling.

6. Plan Duration & Renewal 

- All plans are auto-renewed monthly unless cancelled. 

- Pricing and conditions may be revised with prior notice.

Other Terms:

- Services are non-transferable and linked to the registered property.

- Misuse or excessive service calls outside eligibility may lead to subscription cancellation.

- All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

- Service standards comply with local pest control norms and licensed treatment protocols.
