📄 CropLoop – Investor Trade Participation Agreement
A Jgrive Initiative | Farm-to-Market Produce Aggregation
1. Parties Involved
This agreement is made between:
- CropLoop, a farm aggregation initiative operated by Jgrive Tech Pvt. Ltd., based in Bangalore (hereafter referred to as "Aggregator")
- And You, the person submitting funds for a crop trade cycle (hereafter referred to as "Investor")
By accepting this agreement digitally, you agree to the terms below.
2. Nature of Investment
- You are participating in a crop-specific trade cycle involving perishable farm produce (e.g., potato, onion, tomato).
- This is not a pooled fund, not a loan, and no fixed return is promised.
- Your contribution funds a defined lot of inventory, and returns (if any) are based on realized profits from sale.
3. Investment Terms
- Minimum investment: ₹40,000 (or as specified per crop lot)
- Duration: 30 days per cycle (can extend slightly in some cases)
- Profit-sharing: 70% to Investor, 30% to Aggregator after deduction of expenses
- Expenses include: procurement cost, storage, transport, grading, local charges
4. Risk Disclosure
- As with all agri-trade, risks include perishability, price fluctuation, market delays, and transport/storage losses.
- You understand that returns are variable, and there may be zero or negative profit in certain cycles.
- CropLoop will take commercially reasonable steps to minimize risk but cannot guarantee outcomes.
5. Digital Consent
By checking the box below and clicking “I Agree,” you:
- Confirm that you understand and accept this agreement
- Authorize CropLoop to manage the specified trade on your behalf
- Acknowledge this is a real-commodity trade, not a financial security or collective investment scheme

This agreement does not constitute a financial advisory, pooled investment, or fixed return promise. It is specific to real agricultural trade cycles. CropLoop reserves the right to reject or postpone any participation in case of market shifts or operational constraints.

Verifying your interest in agri-trade participation
